Terms of Service — Demar VPN

Effective date: the date these Terms are published at demar.cc/tos.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Demar VPN, including our apps, website, and related features (the “Service”). The Service is operated by an individual under the brand Demar VPN (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data: demar.cc/pp.

If you have questions, contact us at demarcorporated@gmail.com.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Demar VPN. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The Service

Demar VPN provides VPN connectivity and related features, including AdBlock and split tunneling, on supported platforms (mobile, desktop, and other clients we make available).

The Service is provided as is. Features, server locations, performance, and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime or any specific service level.

Plans and limits. We offer a FREE plan and paid subscription plans. Limits that apply to FREE (or as shown for a given plan) are provided as described in the product or on the website. Paid plans that are not FREE do not impose the plan limits described for FREE, unless we state otherwise for a specific feature or promotion.

Server locations are available worldwide and may change over time.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. Registration requires an email address and a password (or other credentials we support).

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login details confidential;
  • all activity under your account;
  • using only one account for your own personal use.

Not allowed: sharing accounts, reselling access, sublicensing, or using the Service for commercial redistribution or as a service to third parties.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact demarcorporated@gmail.com promptly.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

Subscriptions

Paid access is sold as a subscription through our website at demar.cc. Pricing and billing periods are shown at checkout.

If you do not renew, the paid subscription ends automatically. We do not keep charging you after the paid period ends without renewal.

If payment lapses

If a paid subscription is not renewed or payment fails, your account is switched to the FREE plan (subject to FREE limits and these Terms).

Refunds

You may request a refund within 3 days of a qualifying purchase by emailing demarcorporated@gmail.com. We may refuse refunds outside that window or where use of the Service clearly shows abuse of the refund policy.

Anonymous payment options

Where we offer them (for example cryptocurrency or gift/redemption codes), you may pay with those methods under the rules shown at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You may use Demar VPN only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.

You must not use the Service to:

  • engage in any illegal activity;
  • distribute or access child sexual abuse material;
  • commit fraud, phishing, identity theft, or similar abuse;
  • send spam or operate botnets;
  • launch or participate in DDoS or other network attacks;
  • hack, scan, or interfere with systems you are not authorized to access;
  • infringe intellectual property or other rights of others (except as allowed under Section 6 for marked P2P servers);
  • attempt to bypass plan limits, bans, or security controls;
  • reverse engineer the Service except where mandatory law allows it.

Torrent / P2P

Torrent and other P2P file sharing are allowed only on servers that are clearly marked for torrent/P2P use. Using torrent/P2P on other servers is a violation of these Terms.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse. Violations may result in a ban (temporary or permanent), suspension, or termination of your account, without a refund where permitted by law.

6. Copyright and abuse reports

If you are a rights holder or have an abuse complaint related to use of the Service, contact demarcorporated@gmail.com. We will review reports and take action we consider appropriate under these Terms and applicable law.

7. Warrant Canary and Transparency Report

Warrant Canary

As of the publication of these Terms, Demar VPN has not received any secret government requests, gag orders, National Security Letters, or similar compulsory process requiring us to hand over user data or to modify the Service in a way we cannot disclose. We have not provided user data to any government or law-enforcement authority under such process.

If this canary is removed, altered, or not updated when these Terms are revised, that may indicate the statement above is no longer accurate.

Transparency Report

We also maintain a Transparency Report related to Demar VPN. The current report is published or linked on demar.cc.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure against every threat, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill;
  • our total liability arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us for your then-current paid subscription period (or zero if you only use FREE).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory EU consumer or other applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is posted at demar.cc/tos. The effective date is the publication date of that version.

If you continue to use the Service after updated Terms are posted, you accept the changes. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.

11. Governing approach and disputes

These Terms are intended to comply with applicable European Union requirements for consumer-facing online services, including privacy rules addressed in our Privacy Policy (GDPR).

If you have a concern or dispute, contact us first at demarcorporated@gmail.com. We will try to resolve it in good faith. Mandatory rights you have under applicable EU or national law remain unaffected.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, request deletion via support as described in the Privacy Policy at demar.cc/pp.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and dispute provisions) will survive.
